Mike has over 30 years of Business experience and 10 + years of successful entrepreneurship. Mike is a Business graduate from Eastern Michigan University with a background that includes automotive management, operations, systems development, recruiting, sales and marketing.
Mike is married and has two grown sons, one grandson and three granddaughters.

Mike's passion and purpose is to work with business owners who are committed to taking their business and their lives to the next level. Mike is a certified business coach with training in the use of human assessment tools that provide simple, flexible, and durable solutions to people issues through the use of assessment tools and partnering with employers to help them reach their organizational goals with productive, motivated employees.
